Umm … time to quit your day job?
As any Guitar Hero aficionado is aware, Harmonix/Neversoft likes to throw in a bonus song at the end of their games that is damned near impossible for the average player to even complete. In Guitar Hero II, it was the button-mashing Jordan by Buckethead and in the more recent Guitar Hero III, Through the Fire and Flames by Dragonforce was Neversoft’s noob-slaying song of choice. I was really damn impressed when HellAshes FCed (Full Comboed) Jordan last year, but I am astounded by what iamchris4life just pulled off … a perfect playthrough of Through the Fire and Flames. That’s right, he hit all 3722 notes successively and nearly freaks out at the end of the video. I think I speak for all gamers when I say congratulations, Chris. You just performed one of the greatest video game achievements of all time. Kudos.

i wanna know how he does star power? cos he surely doesnt have time to push the select button and he doesn’t tilt the guitar up!
Something about this doesn’t seem right. His hand barely moves at all while he’s playing, and I’m just naturally doubtful that anyone could pull that off.

He’s definetly not using a bot, you can see on screen that he holds the notes down before they’re played, which bots don’t do. And ‘not real’, he’s pressing select, most of the time he’s doing hammer ons and pull offs, plus you only need to stretch your little finger a bit to press select while strumming, it’s not hard.
But damn
I can’t even get past 1% on expert, I can’t do the whole two handed thing yet. I can get 4 stars on hard, but I’d be amazed if I ever managed to do expert.

I’d beg to differ. By modern standards, I’m only a slightly better than average Guitar Hero player and I can get to around 45% in The Devil Went Down to Georgia but can’t even get past 2% in TtFaF.
