Bioshock 2 announced, backflip rejoices

Take-Two Games has announced that a sequel to BioShock is on its way and will release fall of 2009. It was previously announced that 2K games desires to release a BioShock game every two years, and it seems like they are doing just that.
BioShock 2 will be developed by 2K Marin studio, which was made by a group of BioShock developers late last year. Ken Levine, lead of developer 2K Boston, who developed the first game, has been revealed to be involved with the sequel, because Take-Two says “[Levine] is critical to BioShock.” It is unclear what Levine will be doing with 2K Marin in development at this time because of new projects 2K Boston is undergoing.
Someone alert backflip because I’m sure he’ll be jumping for joy at this exciting news.

I’m actually just playing through Bioshock for the first time right now. I remember a few of the complaints about the game, and I agree with some, but disagree with most.
I am definitely NOT getting this game.
