New Rock Band DLC is up

By BFeld

I spent so much time do this photoshop too

So far, Harmonix has been sticking to their promise of weekly downloadable tracks for Rock Band. But today is special, because I get to beat Major Nelson to the punch. Take that, you Microsoft shill who acts like a regular guy! (Just kidding, Larry. You’re doing a fine job)

Anyway, this weeks tracks are as follows:

“My Iron Lung” by Radiohead
“Buddy Holly” by Weezer
“Brass in Pocket” as made famous by The Pretenders (Subpar cover version)

I have confirmed that these tracks are available right now on the Xbox Live Marketplace, and presumably the Playstation Network. I’m probably going to download “Buddy Holly” but the others don’t really appeal to me. I never really got Radiohead. I know, sue me.

A-MEN! Radiohead is wayyy too overrated. Sure, if you like them, ok, but everyone walks around calling them “the best band in the world” … sorry, no.

I’ll probably download Buddy Holly, despite the fact that there are way better Weezer songs that could have come out for Rock Band.

And I like Radiohead, but I’ve never heard of this one, so I don’t know about it…
