MEGAMonday New Releases for the week of 11/12/07
Call this week what you will: splendiferous, top-drawer, the crème de la crème, the cream of the pants; call it all of these and more. The gaming industry does not disappoint this month, but I digress, after the smoke has cleared, gamers everywhere shall weep over empty wallets this holiday season.
It’s impossible to pick a headliner this week with the likes of Super Mario Galaxy, Soldier of Fortune, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, Asassin’s Creed, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Contra 4 and Crysis coming out this week. So far, we’ve seen half of our most anticipated games left for 2007 come within the opening weeks of November.
While not pictured, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will be released on both PC and Mac this Tuesday.
And the so the burning question: what’s making your nipples erect this week?
No new video game releases for this Wednesday. Celebrate the anniversary of the highly anticipated release of published epic Moby Dick this day; the ghost of Herman Melville demands it.

Mario and Umbrella Chronicles for purchases this week, possibly an early Mass Effect, getting Assassin’s Creed from Gamefly and I should be getting Blacksite to review.

BTW, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune was pushed up to the 15th on EBGames.com. I’ll definitely be getting this too if I can find it.

“I’m sure you’ve heard some rumors that Uncharted will be hitting stores November 15th. As much as we’d love to get the game in your hands earlier, just wanted to let you guys know that we are still on schedule to be in-store November 19th…so you’re going to have to wait 7 more days ;-). But hopefully the demo and DJ Shadow track will keep you going till then.”

Assassin’s Creed is going to be the game to pull me off of CoD4. I have had this game reserved for almost a year. So I am going to play the shit out of this.
Yeah, what the fuck is with the 4 different dates of release I hear for Mario Galaxy. Nobody here is releasing until Wednesday.
well now i gotta get my games on ps3. i am picking up assassins creed this week. i will check out kane and lynch as well
