Super Mario Galaxy is NOT the Greatest Game Ever (mwhahahahaha)
And just like that, Link has reclaimed his position on the Gamerankings “Best Games Ever” list with Ocarina Of Time, after, much to my dismay, it had been overtaken by Super Mario Galaxy for a short period of time.
Although, I still can’t possibly take this list seriously considering Half Life 2 shows up 3 times and Resident Evil 4, my own personal “best game ever”, is in an insulting 8th place.

See, I told you, the simple fact that it got more reviews submitted caused it’s score to go down. Ocarina still has only 31 reviews, if there were more reviews to go out, I guarantee that it’s average score would go down.
Just because Zelda had more reviews doesn’t mean that Super Mario Galaxy isn’t a great game. Do I think it is better than Ocarina of Time? No, but compared to a game from almost a decade ago, anyone can say that todays games are better developed so I’m not going to argue if the ratings want to see Mario on top. I mean Mario brought videogames into the mainstream.
Eighth place out of tens of thousands of games over the course of thirty years of gaming is disappointing? Jesus, you’re hard to please.
