Halo 3 playlist update is live
One of the most unique features in Halo 3 is that it’s playlist rules and map layouts can be altered at will. Luke Smith over at Bungie.net just recently announced the newest changes. Most significant is a social Rocket Race playlist. The best way to describe this variant is exploding vehicular mayhem. There is also a Swords gametype (which I will probably veto every time), and something called Hammerzeit, which probably has to do with Gravity Hammers. Social Doubles has been removed from matchmaking
Rocket Race Hopper has been added to the Social hopper – 8 players, join in parties of up to 8 players.
Multi-team:
* Hammerzeit game variant has been added
* The frequency of VIP gametypes has been reduced
* Swords gametypes will now be to 25 kills, rather than 50Lone Wolves:
* Player count has been increased to 6 players
* Swords gametype has been added
* Oddball games on Snowbound and Epitaph have been reduced considerablyTeam Slayer:
* Guardian has been added to the playlist
* Valhalla has been added to Team SlayerSocial Skirmish
* Flag gametypes will now appear more regularly
Rumble Pit
* Added both Construct and Isolation to several gametypes

I am happy to hear about the changes to Lone Wolves. Maybe now I will get my last two Achievements! I just wish there were more King of the Hill on Snowbound (because that’s where I might most easily get the double kill with the laser).

i hate swords in lone wolves also i hate king of the hill in lone wolves because i am not good at hill games so i always lose and i accually went down in rank because i lost in the hill game and the worst part about it is that the people i played against were rank 40-44 and i am only a 34 so it made it harder to even get in 5 now with 6 players and the best area to get the two for one is when the double exp weekend comes out again with legendary brawl play king of the hill on standoff and get the spartan laser inthe center when the hill is there and when a bunch of the 12 players in the game come over laser them becase there are so much that your bound to hit at least two of them. lengendary brawl is lone wolves with 12 players its fun
