How to shop at GameStop, correctly

Consumerist.com has an article about GameStop, and how exactly you should be shopping there. The article is called 28 Confessions Of A GameStop Shift Supervisor. A GameStop employee gives us 28 tips about GameStop, including explanations of store policies, tips on trading in games, and why the hell so many employees ask you to reserve games so much. I suggest reading this if you certainly want the best out of your GameStop experience…if it’s not already obvious what you should be doing in the store in the first place.

That was a decent read, but he didn’t address the one main issue I have with GameStop: they put stickers with impossible-to-remove adhesive right on their game boxes. God I hate those stickers.

Since I only buy new, I prefer Best Buy to GameStop. Unfortunately, I’ve only got a GameStop near me where I am now…

Well Dex, if you have issues with that, like I do, ask them if you can have a sealed copy…. if they say no, or have a problem, tell them to call my gamestop in Stafford, VA…. its number is 5402882411… I will *talk* to them and I will make sure you get a brand new copy… lol, later
