First screens of Saints Row 2 emerge; “I hope piggy can run!”
Thanks to Jeux-France, we now have evidence that a sequel to the Xbox 360 sleeper-hit, Saints Row, is now being made. There has been lots of praise for the first in the series, and the game’s map system and shooting system have much improved upon those in the Grand Theft Auto series. These screens look very promising; from the still shots, it appears that THQ has improved upon Saints Row’s sometimes lacking graphics.

With a real GTA coming out, I’m guessing this thing will get destroyed.
I’m a sucker for sandbox style games, so I probably end up playing and enjoying both :P
I loved Saints Row, so I can’t wait to play Saints Row 2. GTA is cool, but my loyalty lies with Saints Row. It’s one of the best games I’ve ever played. 110 hours and counting. :o)
saint’s row 2 looks much better than gta iv the only thing to complain about is the graphics but anyways i know that isn’t what it looks like when it’s done anyway so….. saints row is the best game ive seen in that genre ive played all the gta games and saints row kicked their buttt’s people talking bout san andreas and compare it to saints row.. man thats disrespect .. san andreas looks like an playstation 1 game.. in the graphics .. it’s alle the little details in saint’s row that is amazing i mean ive played it so much the cd should be broken .. and i get sick and tired of it… then i want to play it again … then every time i turn it on after long time noe see… i see something new and amazing details you would notice in the start… with gta its like i dunno dosent feel the same…. gta sucks!!! coming from a guy who has played it aloot .. so fuck off wankers

gta suks its so linear and there is nxt to no activities u can do appart from the missions, and its so ridiculus, SA, stealing jetpacks and military jets, yup thats urban warfare fo sure pfft saints row all the way boo gta
ithink saints row is going to take over gta in the new gta the island is smaller than gta:sa and you cant evan fly anymore but in saints row 2 you now have motorcyles, boats, planes, helicopters and now you can play as a women and the island is larger than before so beat that gta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saints Row was always so much better. GTA was a great series in the beginning. It was awesome in 1 & 2 back in the day, AND it was a fresh idea, but San Andreas is as good as it’ll ever get in gameplay, and now Saints Row is improving, and who doesn’t love Sandbox style games? Seriously… I’d rather be my own character, and reek havoc upon the world then follow some gay story line that’s probably as over-played as those movies that keep coming out, about snakes on planes and shit. Hahaha. Power to Saints Row!!!!!!!
Yea but in some of the gta games u could build buildings and bring some buildings to the ground (GTA Liberty city Stories)

I just played saints row for the first time and was vey impressed except for the lack of good rock music but am anticipaitng the release of saints row 2

Man I got Gta a few days a go and i have to sy they really disapointed me. I thin the fist saints row was better graphics better vehicles better person custimizaltion and the only thing GTA has better is online play in my oppinion. Also th new GTA has almost no story line all it is is that hes a gun for hire aand he gets jobs around the city and the activaties alone off of saints row were a better story line than that if i were a game rater i would have expected alot more from GTA and would have gave it a 8.0 and saints row a 9.2
