Metal Gear Solid, Online…Again
Yeah bitches, Metal Gear Solid Online is coming back, and it’ll be bundled with Metal Gear Solid 4. 16 players, loads of shooting, and cardboard boxes is exactly what the PS3 needs now. Kojima Productions didn’t announce how much the bundle was going to cost, or if it’s even going to come out over here in the states, but they did give us some needless, yet somewhat cool information on two new character in MGS 4.
First character is Sunny. She apparently “escaped the grasp of the Patriots,” who I’m sure you may team up with. Kojima Productions also revealed another character named Trevin, who will help Snake erase IDs on weapons so they can become useable.
Let’s pray that Konami will support Metal Gear Solid Online, and not close the servers down so got damn early like they did with Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence.

And that’s one of the many things you pay for with Xbox Live - the servers aren’t just going to just get shut down (unless they are run by another company, but that’s out of Microsoft’s hands - they provide servers if the company wants to use them).
